Comfora is committed to providing all customers with a fast, Tracked and reliable shipping service. This shipping policy outlines delivery times, costs, and procedures to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
Delivery Times
Comfora aims to ship all orders within 24-72 hours after purchase confirmation. Shipping times are estimated from the date of dispatch. Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 4-10 business days, but due to high demand may take up to 14 days in some cases.
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 3 days to reflect.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details at checkout to make sure everything is correct. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us, we’ll be happy to reach out and help arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).
If the package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, you must contact the courier directly to attempt a redirection.
Delayed Packages
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Carriers such as Royal Mail, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc., do not guarantee delivery times, and delays can occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues.
Comfora does not assume liability for courier delays.
