Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or confirmation email).

Return requests must be submitted in advance by contacting us through the 'contact us' page form.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

Please note that all returns for refund items must be sent via recorded delivery and customers need to supply proof of postage and full tracking details to receive a full refund for goods. Customers are responsible for Shipping fees.

Orders will need to be returned to our International warehouse.

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us right away through the 'contact us' page form. and include clear photos of the item(s). This will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note: Items affected by our ongoing brand transition (such as minor design updates or logo variations) do not qualify under this policy, as these changes are cosmetic and clearly outlined in policy pages.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

All promotional or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. This is clearly stated at checkout and on our website. However, if sale items arrive damaged or faulty, we will offer a replacement
